What Is Mesotheiloma Cancer Caused

Mesotheiloma is a lung cancer is fairly rare, but the most dangerous and deadly that usually occurs in the membrane around the lungs, called the pleura. The main cause of the cancer cells that attack the lungs called the mesothelium is exposure to asbestos dust.

In rare cases, malignant mesotheiloma manifests as cord compression, brachial plexopathy, Horner syndrome, or superior vena cava syndrome. Death is usually caused by an infection or respiratory failure of the development of mesotheiloma.


The main areas that often occurs in the pleura (87%), peritoneum (5.1%), and pericardium (0.4%).
So if you're one who worked in the asbestos industry, or having direct contact with asbestos quite often, so it's good to check yourself before attacking mesotheiloma.
